1877 IHC on ebay

It might just be the angle but those 7s look strange.

I don't see anything that indicates "non-genuine" with the coin the OP posted, but the seller's pricing structure seems high to me.

 

I don't like the look of the 7,s. That and the damage to the coin would make me keep looking.
