Can anyone help me with this quarter? there are backwards letters on top left obv as well as on the hair of Washington's head, and maybe doubling of letters in united states of America on reverse?? I am new to coin collecting, especially errors so I apologize if this seems like an obvious type. Thanks!!
I'm sorry, but I don't see any doubling on the reverse. The lettering on the obverse is just PMD, some other coin just bashed into it at one point or another.
Yep this where two coins were stacked and something (intentionally or maybe not since this is a minor one) banged them together leaving the impression.
