Does anyone know if a 220 reverse rotation on a Barber Quarter is common? I know this is quite common for early date type coins like the Bust Quarter but, is this rare for 1915 D Barber Quarter?
A 140 degree rotation is relatively uncommon on a Barber, but it is much more common than it would be on a modern coin. Nice find, now you need to find out if someone would pay a premium for it since it is improperly aligned.
