1984p roosevelt dime reeded edge error

:hail:hello coin folks. i found this 1984p dime going through my change and would like to know if anyone has seen similar. would this be called double reeded?

I see absolutely nothing special here.

 

maybe it's just my pic. there is a normal reeded edge then there is a small separate curve of reeding on the obverse just past the edge.

Yep it looks like a collar clash. You might get a few bucks for it on eb** or keep it as a conversation piece.
