Well after some consideration I moved all my coins and collection to a study,

I found a nice old safe and a nice old Danish table that´s around 100 years old. The chair is from my grandfather and has alot of soul.

Now i´m just unpacking my books and coins and setting up my work eria. I´ll have nice camera setup that I dont have to take a part like I did at home.

PS Picture of the coins is for Gudni just for fun :)

Thank you, Not really a hoard but it sounds much better LOL :)

A man walked in with around 400 2 Kronur form 1940 - His dad just collected those for some reason. Like we say what ever makes you happy :)

I´ll post some more when I have set up some more of my stuff.

Thanks buddy, And that would be one of the reasons I moved my lot out. My 6 months baby boy is about to destroy everything in my home for the next 10 years :) But main two reasons is seperating it from my family life at home and to be able to invite clients :)

    Thanks Mat :)

Very nice study. I have to make do with an antique secretaries desk in our bedroom. Works but I have no space for lamps, ect. :(

Everything shown looks to be first rate. I'm not certain which I value most, your coins or that beautiful hardwood floor.

Do you grow the trees on your island? We have a number of hardwood species that grow on my island, but cutting them is closely regulated, with most of he wood being used for fine [expensive] furniture. Some older houses have locally grown hardwood flooring and when well kept, look as good as yours.

A nice set-up! Good on you!

For the right price I would ship them tomorrow hehe :)

Coinut I like the secretaries desks, The space was not a issue I used a small desk my self :)

Honolulu Dick we do not have hardwood tree´s in Iceland :)

Siggi, you have room for everything now i.e. lights , cameras, computer, music, etc. Hope enjoy it for many, many years.

OK, SP, thanks for your reply.

Because of your northern latitude, I didn't really believe that hardwoods grew in Iceland. Was just asking to be certain. However we both have some of the world's most active volcanoes.

We have one that has been spewing lava constantly for the past 30-plus years. Yet, you good guys are way ahead of us in harnessing thermal energy. Having plenty of both, we rely more heavily on solar and wind technology.

I actually think even with all our power we are looking into wind technology. It´s smart as there is plenty of steady winds in some erias. But solar would not be in my next geniration or 300 after mine :)
