off center penny

    i have an off center penny and i know nothing about coins other than how to buy things with them can someone help me figure out how much its worth if anything?

    It looks to be about 10% off centered. To the right person i would think you might beable to fetch 10 to 15, What is the Date, And are you able to scan the coin front and back

    the date is 2000 but no tht was just a photo taken with my blackberry its the best i can do right now

    I would say around 2-3 dollars. The year 2000 produced hundreds of off center cents for some reason. I have a few and there is a dealer in Columbus, GA who told me he once had an entire bag of them. he still had a hundred or so last time I was in his shop.
