They look like vietnamese bills and US Military currency. The pictures are just too small for me to say for sure
The green one's are 10 cent MPC (Military Payment Certificate). These were used in Vietnam in place of local currency & US currency. It was supposed to help limit black market acivities. The red one's are 100 Dong notes from the South Vietnam National Bank. No real idea on value. It's to hard to tell condition from those little pics. I used to collect militaria and would run across these. The 100 Dong in really good shape used to sell for around $5-$10 and the MPC in lower denominations went for a buck or two, but those prices could be out of date as I haven't collected much for 10-15 years. ~Brian
If the M.P.C.'s do not have a suffix letter after the serial number,then they are worth a lot of money - hundreds of Dollars worth! These are replacement notes similar to the star notes. Aidan.
