What is up with this 2009 Penny?

    That is the front and the back of the penny. Is it a squeeze job or something like that? Thanks for taking a look and giving input also if its a legit is it worth anything or nothing?

    Edit: I took it to the local coin dealer he dosn't know what to make of it the bubble substance is part of the penny itself not plastic or rubber as far as we could tell.

    I came across something like this once and I figured it to be a coin that was once superglued to another and then broken apart.

    Possibly i tried scratching at the back as you can see, didn't go to well metalic glue? dont think so

    possibly on the supper glue but both sides is a bit odd

    Looks like a pre-2009 Lincoln glued to the obverse, and a Roosevelt dime glued on the reverse, both of which were removed leaving the impression?

    im lookin at the dime side trying to read it, but still scraping at the glue turns the glue to a metalic color (standard metal like tin or silver)

    It's glue. Soak it in acetone and it'll go away.
