Guarantee you that coin does'nt live on the same street as the 67's. If it has'nt been graded by a good, recgonizable TPG, I would'nt touch it with a 10 foot pole.
Garbage basement graders. The grade is not accurate, they overgrade everything by 4-5 fractionals. O minted coins are known to be weak strikes due to the poor quality control at the New Orleans Mint. NGC, Numismatic Guarantee Corporation, and PCGS, Professional Coin Grading Service, are the top two TPGs that are the most reputable.
Like I said, this Morgan and the 67's live in an entire different neighborhood. Ms-62 tops, but I would'nt pay more than 60 money.
They are known for it...but it often isn't the case. There were actually several well struck years. 1884 actually was a year of a very wide range of strike quality for Morgan's from New Orleans. Here is a more information about O mint Morgan's: http://www.cointalk.com/t56838/
