Because the bicentennial quarter was minted in both 1975 & 1976, would I be correct in saying that the only way to get a 1975 bicentennial quarter is by geting the 1975 mint set?

There are no US quarters with the date 1975 on them.

Yes that is true but the 1776 1976 bicentennial was minted in both 1975 & 1976 so if I won't one from each year I will have to get a mint set from both years to get a ms grade right?

Yes, I know. But even the quarters minted in 1975 have the 1776-1976 date on them - even the ones in the '75 Mint sets.

So I don't feel any dumber, I am building out a date & mint set of Washington quarters from 1932 to 1998 less the 1933. And in order to do that I will have to get a 1975 mint set to complete it. End of post do not reply just let me go of in the sunset.:goofer: :goofer: :goofer: :goofer: :goofer:
