Everyone should be extremely cautious about any coin graded by PNC. I bought a 1928 S Peace dollar graded MS 66 by PNC. I didn't actually think it was an MS 66 but was hoping it would be close. I had it re-graded by NGC and found out it was improperly cleaned and came back graded XF Details. Big difference
Did you buy based on this advertised grade or were there good pics? Was this an EBay auction? What is the sellers return policy?
It was an e-bay auction, the pics looked good. I bought it about 3 months ago I think the seller had a 30 day return policy. I sent him an e-mail, but haven't heard from him and right now he has no coins listed on e-bay. I'm just annoyed that it cost me more money to get the coin re-graded
