It's been a while since anyone has tried this, so let's give it a try.
First let me apologize for only having one image, but the note resides in my safe deposit box, and this is very informal.
The note is an uncommonly rare 1996 Cleveland $100 Star, from a print run of 160,000. I personally have not seen any for sale or auction in three years (in any condition), and a guide I use states they were released in pairs, and many went overseas. Good luck.

I'll disclose the grade Sunday or Monday.

Should we post on the site or would you prefer a PM?

I'm going to have to go with Ron on this one. 64 PPQ

With "note in hand" I would also guess 64PPQ. So you can only imagine the disappointment with how it came back.
Not a fold anywhere, and no handling marks either.

WHAT!?!?! If it's just margins, it shouldn't have been knocked down that much.

58? Someone explain how margins make it "About New"? Is the Choice part like jumbo shrimp?
That is a 64 all day long!
