    Very cool coin. One of my favorite series, and that appears to be a nice circulated example! Thanks for sharing...Mike

    I found the wear pattern a little unusual for this coin. Its weird, almost like sliced down the high points. There is almost no wear on the lower point of the shield and even the robe and date.

    I see you are still here. And it's still a 1929 D though is it not? Actually I stopped all of my online coin business a couple of years ago because it was so time consuming I couldn't get anything else done. I got an email from the group today and decide to surf around some. The site has changed considerably and I couldn't find the posting date til a few minutes ago.

    Awesome coin! My only SLQ to date is a 1929 Philly. Not a bad score @ $10. I believe I got mine for $7.50 but it was in the junk silver bin and silver was cheaper.
