I saw a post on Cointalk.org about Shekles. I have this coin or medal it is 42mm in size and 42 grams in weight. A jeweler put a meter to it and the read out said it was between 16 / 18 karat. My son got it for his Bar Mitzvah in 1972. Can you give any information on it.
