need help!!

    i have this coin that looks exactly like a half soverign it has the same picture on the front and back and same diameter. the only thing that is confusing is that the half soverigns say EWARDVS VII but mine says EDUARDUS VII my coin is from 1909 and their seam to be no mint marks what do you think it is?:thumb::welcome:

    My guess is that it's a jeton, but it's literally impossible to tell without pictures.

    lie i said befor it looks exactly like a half soverign exept the only thing different is that it says EDUARDUS VII insted of EDWARDVS VII

    the problem is that to you it might look the same but to one of the experts here they may see some minor marker that will help identify it. that is why we really need pics. can you borrow a camera?
