post a photo of your album sometime Hello Alan, What kind of Jefferson album are you assembling? Perhaps you are assembling a Dansco album including proofs? You just got me wondering because you need to be extra careful placing proofs into a Dansco. Just like any mint state coin, they can be scratched by the Dansco sliding windows and you need to avoid leaving fingerprints when pressing coins into the holes. If you are assembling one proof Jefferson per year, then you will find that some of the early Jefferson proofs can be expensive. Of course, there were no proof Jeffersons made in some years.
