And what be stupid about that? I have many loyal returning customers who trust me. If they want a $500 listed coin for $450 they can pay me away from ebay. If they want the security of ebay they can pay the full $500.
When I want to buy a high price coin from a trusted seller I will sometimes ask if they can lower the price if we do business away from ebay. I always get a lower price and never have a problem.
I have had a few people contact me asking me to do a private sale with them. I must be paranoid because I'm always worried its someone from ebay seeing if I will break the rules. But I guess if you have ppl who keep coming back you can trust them.
Weren't you saying in another thread that you were a high-level Power Seller? So you're moving thousands a month through eBay, and you're still looking to scam them out of their fees. Nice. I'm not sure whether what you're doing is better or worse than scamming the government by evading taxes on your purchases or capital gains. I imagine nobody here is completely above reproach when it comes to that. But bragging about either one here seems kind of dumb.
Looks like another true idiot here..http://cgi.ebay.com/2011-Silver-Eag...991?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3cba9ce05f Smarter this time though, as it's only a 24 hour listing. Less chance of having it pulled befir it ends. I know it can be after it ends, but by then, he could already have the sucker's, er, bidders money.
I actually know of a faster way to report item numbers that gets a much faster response than the proper way. http://ocs.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...actUs=&rcode=c7d8e9c4b298eff616b2159d03a4ea35 lets see if we can get this guy too!!!
Very true...I know a listing can be pulled after it has ended, but if the buyer already pays for it, the seller has won out. Then, if the buyer wants his/her $$ back, even though the seller states 'no refunds accepted', a SNAD can be filed (and we all know that trumps any no refund policy) and the buyer only gets back what the ebay winning bid is.
If eBay ends the listing after it has sold, they offer the buyer a chance to get his money back. "No refund policy" is meaningless. I also scratches all the seller's feedback and they keep the violation on their records.
Wasn't Terri Garr gorgeous...before MS started ravaging her? It's sinful what it's done to her. So sad.
