hi, im a beginner, so i have know idea what these two coins are. i found a really shiny silver indian head penny from 1904, and a 1939 wheay penny with a totally blank and smooth back, again i am a beginner, so please dont be too harsh !
Chances are the "silver" Indian head cent is coated in mercury. We would need pictures to give accurate info on both coins in question
Welcome to the forum. Your Indian Head cent is a silver plated coin, most likely sold on shows like HSN, not a lot of value there. Your 1939 Wheat Cent is one of two things,1. A magicians coin, A dime would be fitted in to the rim of the coin, giving the illusion that when the coin was flipped over, the magician had turned a penny in to a dime. 2. A very late stage capped die. Sometimes during the striking process, A coin gets stuck to one of the dies. An image of that coin is struck on to all coins after that until the coin falls off or a mint worker takes it off. If your coin is this, the coin that was stuck to the die's image started to wear off, making the coins it is putting it's image on blank on one side. Hope this helps.
PMD and PMD. For the photos, just open them up in ms paint and resize them. They need to be smaller than 2 MB each I believe.
The IHC is a bad plate job, the Lincoln is just a coin that was messed with. See similar post: http://www.cointalk.com/t188148/
