what would cause this ? is it pmd or mint error i found this when i searched through 1000.00 worth of rolls. well it was a rainy day so i figured id visit the bank and spend some time searching. i found this and 6 silver
Insufficient photograph. Please take a couple of nicer, close-up photos so that we may determine exactly what the problem may be. -Brian
it came out of a new roll when i found it. the scratchy looking lines around the inside rim are actually very faint. like it was machine made. seems half the print of the last didget is smudged. but no other damage around it. pretty weird. ill take a better pic because even with the pic i took, its still not that clear. thanks for the comments
