or just abused? i picked this one up on a trip to the states about a month ago and thought, huh thats strange. It is the same thickness as a regular quarter, but the Washington side has no detail. The washington silouete is also noticeably more more pronounced then on the other quarters. Since the rim appears to be completely gone, I would suspect that it is damaged. But it is kind of blurry.
