Silver rimmed penny?

    I found a penny in some change at work. It has a silver colored rim. Made in 2003. No D or P and does not stick to a magnet. Anyone know anything about it? If it has any value or not? Thanks in advance.

    Nope, no value. It's just the copper plate wearing off and exposing the zinc core.
