Almost looks like a "woodgrain" effect, but was not aware of that vintage Lincoln doing that, but it does not look like PMD. Lots of nicks though.
It's what is sometimes called a "Woodie" because the lines resemble wood grain. It's either just a flaw in the mix of the metal from which the planchet is made or some contamination on the rollers which produced the metal strip from which the blanks were punched. No extra value (in your coin's condition) except to those who collect this type of (non)error.
