1899-O Morgan Dollar - new VAM?

    I have this coin that has a very prominent die gouge or somesuch at the junction of the eagle's right wing and his neck. It also has very strong die polishing lines between the neck and body of the eagle's left wing.

    I've checked the VAM book and see no match or even similar listing. Any idea whether this might be a new VAM variety?

    Mine seems to have the die scratches but not the gouge.
