Large Collection (quarters, pennies, etc) - need some help!

    There are silver buyers on Craigslist in my town offering 24 to 27 times face value for 90% silver coins.
    The silver Eagle coin is worth at least spot as most dealers sell them over spot. I would never sell one less than spot.

    They are both very worn on the back and front. Looking at the back below the eagle i cannot see any visable mint mark.
