Rare Indian Head Buffalo Nickel No Date. No Mark Error Seriously? I have a few rolls I'd like to see at that price. I would expect to see something like this on Esty, but eBay? This type of seller is what ruins it for honest sellers.
The good suffer for the bad. I left eBay a long time ago purchasing things. My sister ordered something on there and got scammed for $700 plus. This year will be many no doubt the way the economy is. People walk in to stores loading up garbage bags and walks right out.
There is still good out there I know but the bad is really showing right now. In the retail world, right now as we speak, guys are going into stores, open the perfume glass cases and putting all into garbage bags. It’s really really sad to be honest. But it all comes to light for some one day I guess.
Did you see the "Composition: Silver" towards the bottom? The old saying holds true: Investigate before you invest. This seller is either really, really stupid or he thinks we are.
I have ONLY eight available, BUT that’s not all, mine are Whitman Brown Backs! $599.99 each plus shipping and handling.
Now that this seller has taken down the coin ("because it is no longer available"), we only have to worry about the approximately 50,000 remaining sellers who don't know what they're doing and are hoping to "strike it rich with pocket change".
That one's a bargain. On the same page I brought up, there's another joker who wants $1,999 one. Revised to say that the seller has withdrawn the lot and that it's no longer available.
And don't I feel awful about the ones I've ruined by soaking in vinegar to bring up what appears to be a date!
