It's actually not in a holder. It's just a regular plastic capsule. I don't think this one's worth sending to a grading company.

A nice one! In my 40+ years of collecting, I have only encountered two 1950-dated nickels in circulation.

I was on the lookout for 1950-D nickels back in the late '60s and started getting excited when I finally found a 1950-dated nickel in allowance money. I turned it over and was getting really excited when I saw a D where the mintmark should be. Oh, yeah! The value of just one 1950-D nickel was equal to about 2 or 3 months allowance! I could sell it and buy a couple of gold coins with the proceeds! Yeehaw! I took out my magnifying glass to get a closer look. Suddenly, my dream of buying Mexican 2 and 2 1/2 peso gold coins exploded into nothingness-- someone had *engraved* a "D" in the coin!

And that was the only 1950-dated nickel that I ever found in circulation.
