Let's say you had 100 common Morgans... For the purpose of the question, let's say they ARE MS63 RAW coins... Would you trade them all for 80 common Morgans PCGS graded MS63 ?
Do you mean my 100 MS63 Morgans? or ones that are labeled in 2x2 at a store or show? If mine or if I could open each 2x2 and look with no time limit, No, as I can tell MS63 Morgans in hand, If pot luck, I would rather have the PCGS. Jim
Absolutely! That would mean for $800 (20 morgans x $40), I would be getting around $2,000 (80 morgans x $25) in grading fees alone. And since in plastic, they would be easier to sell and to get top dollar for each coin. -LTB
Here's a question to ponder: if you had 100 MS63 common-date Morgans, would you trade them for anything at all?
Back to the original question, yes. I wouldnt even hesitate to trade for the graded coins. Graded coins are so much easier to sell.
NO WAY.... I DO HAVE 100 Morgan to exchanged 80 graded slab...Losing 20 Morgans urgh...absolutely a BIG NO!
