Just was going about my business getting a coffee, got a 1957 nickel in change. That alone is a decent find :), even a few lines left on the steps. Then noticed the D looked a little funky, so when I got home took out my magnifying glass...and seems like there is a D coming out of the left side. And since this coin is in great condition I'm fairly certain its not PMD. Either way no pics for now, just sharing hehe. Should be getting a few scans tomorrow ;). Take care all

P.S, Is there any known RPM type errors for this year (1957)? I did a few quick searches and didn't really find anything specific to this date. Thanks ;)

Oh wow, I meant to post this in the error forums...my bad. But i'll just keep it here, got some pics. Sorta expected it, but my scanner doesn't really show the potential error in question. Here's some decent pics though, can see it pretty clearly.

The cherrypickers guide does not list any RPMs for 1957, it may just be SD.

Still new to a few of these terms, what does SD mean? Thanks
