Do not clean them! It will take away almost all value. The painted quarters don't really have much of a value, but you might get $1.00 each or so on eBay. The pics of the silver dollars aren't the best, but probably $35-$45 each.

The colorized SQ's are worth face value. There were a number of private companies that used very low-grade uncirculated quarters for these sets and charged 2x, 4x, 6x as much as 10x what they were really worth. For most collectors, this would be considered a form of "post-Mint damage".

I can't tell you what the Liberian $10 Kennedy is worth, but if you Google foreign exchange rates, you'll prbably find that the face value in USD is probably a heck of a lot lower. However, I do recommend that you remove it from that soft plastic flip. Many of these were made with PVC added as a softener, and it is not good for coins.

The photo of your Morgan dollar is too blurry to be sure, but it looks like it has been cleaned which would make it worth little more than face value. Oftentimes, companies will put older coinage in a pretty, aftermarket case and try to charge too much for it.

The collection looks an awful lot like the grossly overpriced stuff sold by late night TV hustlers to unsuspecting buyers who know little to nothing about coins.
