I got a Marcus Aurelius denarius of the same type as yours: AR Denarius (19mm, 3.46g) M ANTONINVS AVG ARM PARTH MAX, laureate head right / TR P XXI IMP IIII COS III, Aequitas standing left, holding scales and cornucopiae. RIC 171.
