    I disagree.

    It appears to be a genuine error (possibly a grease-filled die or tilted die). I would recommend that you take it to a trusted, competent coin dealer and get his opinion. Or you could post better photos (coin out of flip and in focus) here.

    The coin is'nt in the flip...it's on top. But I too agree that we need better pics.

    You're right. (My mistake.) But the photo is focused on the flip, not the coin.
