I picked this note up several years ago at a show. I'm the first to admit to not being an expert on grading paper money. It was graded VG when I bought it. What does the forum think? Thanks.

VG seems about right to me, but hard to say for sure without feeling the paper.

What should paper feel like? This one feels like a well worn bill. Like the kind that do not feed into vending machines.

That's definitely the feeling of a VG note. It will feel limp to the touch and as if it were balled up in a sweaty gym sock for a bit.

This note definitely feels like it had been balled up in a sweaty gym sock (not that I'm man-handling it that much). Thank you both for input.

Very good looking note..... I think that net VG is consistent to the stains (and paper feel as described), but mainly because of the trimmed left border..... I like the bright color and feel that if not for that border, it would grade Fine.

I like the note, and feel pretty lucky to have run across it at a show when I did. It was relatively inexpensive and the coin dealer I got it from really did not deal in paper money much and gave me a good deal.

It's definitely a great note to own, no matter the condition. Congrats on your purchase!
