    Hi all,
I was just wondering about a 10 bill set of 1999 $5 bills that we have. They were obtained when my wife worked at a bank and noticed all 10 serial #'s were sequential. They are all pristine condition and were placed in plastic bill holders to preserve them. Will they ever be worth anything and/or should I get them graded?

    Thanks in advance,

Right now, they are not worth anything over face value. In the future, they may be, but little. If they were stars, that'd be difefrent. Plus, sequential notes at the bank are quite common.

I'd say it depends on the buyer.... Some people are nutty of Sequential Serials for some reason...

Make sure all the signatures are the same. There are a few known sequentials that have the sigs change and they are worth quite a bit.

The serial numbers themselves also can add value. If you had say #'s 00000010 - 20 you'd have a sweet sequence.
