Found this 1989 D while searching a roll today. Haven't seen this before for this year , so wondering what the forum thought. The LIB is different and the ONE on the Reverse at the bottom of each letter has something going on but I don't know if it is doubling. looks like die detoriation or split plate doubling..I get those confused. Its worth 1 cent

Reverse is definitely split plate doubling, dead giveaway is when you can see a bit of the underlying zinc come out from under it's copper plating.

    Obverse is die deterioration doubling.
