It is very difficult to tell from the pictures, but it looks like it could be.

Well, if it indeed a 99WAM , it looks to be high grade, I'd have slabbed if you're planning on selling it. In MS-65 these go for about $500+.

 

Yes, grading would'nt be a terrible idea.... I'm thinking this is a Ms-62, so that night bring between $200-$350.
