another of those "morgan" labeled morgans....

All the TPG puts on the slab as an identifier is $1, isn’t it?…… Man these fakes are everywhere.

 

Are the coins shown fake? How do we know that?

 

And what's with the S in front of dollar?

 

This is from heritage, same holder, even has that S

 

Idk looks legit

 

Silver as opposed to a gold dollar

Silver for the S. Unless they recently restarted it PCGS stopped doing that quite some time ago but NGC still does it.

Having Morgan on the label itself isnt a redflag, they still do that

 

Holder is fine. Coin is fine.

 

Life is fine too.

 

I am staying out of this one, as I am too lazy to research it...

They put Morgan on the 1921 Morgan dollar because there were 2 different S$1 coins minted that year. The second being the Peace Dollar.

 

S= Silver $1. More than one CT'er has confused that for a mint mark.
