The pawn shop offers your 30% of the value of your item. So if you take an item in that has a value of $100, they'll offer no more than $30 for it, then turn around an sell it for $150.

Which is what makes the show, antique firearms.

The most interesting thing that I read about that show
is that one of the cast members lost 100 lbs
    (weight, not British money).

    :)

Pawn Stars is a fun show, and every show is scripted, so who cares :D

When are you guys going to start a video podcast of the show? :)

    have you ever seen Matt???

just kidding..., we will likely never do a video podcast due to logistical constraints, but you never know.

You'd rather watch 3 guys sit around and talk than just listen?

No we would rather see 3 guys sit around and talk and show coins! :)

Exactly! Would you rather hear a show about playboy bunnies, or see a podcast of playboy bunnies.
Disclaimer: I do NOT want you guys to dress like playboy bunnies.

That's a good thing because if you did want them to dress up like playboy bunnies we would all be seriously worried about you.

A podcast of playboy bunnies with an audio track talking about coins?? Nah, probably would miss to much about what was being said about the coins. On the other hand that would give me an excuse to watch er listen to the podcast again.
