This is not my coin. i've compared it to an authentic piece and noticed some differences. however i cannot tell if those small differences are enough to tell if the coin is authentic or not. Hopefully someone here who is more experienced can share their knowledge. thanks!
Can't say for sure based on your pics. I can tell you that there are known fakes for this date and mint. In fact, that is the one and only coin where I myself bought a fake. It's the only time I was ever fooled. Have you weighed this coin yet ?
the coin weighted in at just a bit over 27 grams. the owner of the coins has had 2 of the local dealers take a look at the coins and both said it was authentic. Though the 2 local dealers know much more about these coins that i do, i still can't shake the feeling that something is wrong with this coin
