I have a quick question. If people are getting there 2006 Proof sets already, and it takes 10 weeks for the mint to produce the quota of each quarter, how can there be South Dakota quarters, for instance, if they have'nt even been minted yet for the general public?
Proof coins are not minted the same way, or at the same Mint, as circulation strikes, so one has no effect on the other.
