The back of the Red Book usually has such information for Philippine coins minted by the US mint. Here are some other sites you might find useful: http://philmoney.blogspot.com/ http://www.philippinecoins.com/
thanx, i have a redbook on the way, covers 1945 down for philippine coins, was looking for book that covers 1946 to present. pb
Great sites that I use for analyzing coins: en.numista.com - SUPERB site, has just about every major coin variety since 1800 with nearly complete information (composition, weight, diameter, description, etc.) for almost all the coins www.*******.com - excellent supplementary site, if the first site doesn't have it, it's worth checking here www.worldcoingallery.com - Once I've analyzed my coin or need to see a large image version, this site contains a relatively new price guide (2005-2010 prices) for all common variety world coins. Note that most rare varieties are not discriminated and these prices are pre 2011 for silver (meaning silver coins will be worth double at least). Keep those two things in mind.
for some reason the forum astrisked the second site. Not sure why. It should of read www.c-o-l-n-e-c-t.com, minus the hyphens of course!
