I am not familiar with these "coins" but I can help with the translation.

Starting at the top and going left, right, left, ...

    1. Made in the yi you year (1885) of Guangxu
    2. Portrait of the President
    3. Commemorating the Establishment of the Country
    4. Father of the Nation Mr. Sun Zhongshan, One Yuan ("One Dollar")
    5. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall

My guess is that these are not actual coins but rather souvenir or fantasy pieces in which case they would only be worth one or two dollars each.
