Your coin is a short-lived type coin from the French 2nd Republic, but that date and mintmark combination is the most common (14 million pieces made). It has about the same silver content as a US silver dollar. Its value is a little higher than the average Louis-Philippe 5 francs that preceded it, and retail prices from Internet dealers seem to range from about $40 on up. If you sell it to an average US dealer, though, you might not get much more than the silver value for it.
