Taylor: You got a nice collection going, and the best advice I can offer you is to always be proud of your collection no matter what. I remember when I was younger I used to get sad because my humble collection was not nearly as nice or as vast as someone else’s collection. However, as I got older I realized that this was due to one thing and one thing alone – time. Those with the most amazing collections often have been collecting for years, and due to the age difference they are already out of school and working in their chosen profession. In other words, they can spend a lot more money on coins than you can at this time in your life, and therefore their collection will grow at a faster rate than yours. But take heart, for in the years to come you will one day find yourself in a position in which you too can buy coins to your heart’s content…or rather within the parameter of your wallet.

Great looking collection, Taylor! It seems, to me anyways, no matter how long you collect, or to what experience level you attain in the hobby, there's never a better, more comforting feeling than working on filling a coin album.

This made me so nostalgic, i dug out one of my old coin folders from 45 years ago ... i think i bought that particular folder in 1968. i am a bit amazed i can still lay my hands on it after all these years. It's wild that I was able to find all three steel pennies (PDS) by roll searching back then.

I'm using those folders too for my circulated coins :) Currently working on the 1938-late 60's nickel's album! I also have another album with 2x2 slides for the "nicer" stuff. Nice collection there!
