That is assuming that your coin is indeed genuine and the buyer does not demand for a refund back. Seeing your other post about a manipulated quarter made me very weary about this coin that you sold.

Sorry, after checking the pictures, I'm also pretty suspicious over this coin. It seems that it does not necessary need a die clash to create that effect, if not almost difficult to do so. I would like to hear opinions from error experts if it is possible to have words THAT clear after a die clash unless it was counterstamped. Perhaps, we should wait and hear Mike's opinions.
Based upon the picture, the coin is genuine. It is a clashed die error and they are known for many dates in the Indian head nickel series. They are lovingly known as "Lettered Chin" Clashed die errors. Have Fun, Bill
sorry but i can now see how the 25 cent coin might just be a fake after all and if i did sell a fake coin i would give a refund right away im not trying to rip anyone off that is not my style but on this nickel no way it is a fake just look at it it is real so no need for you to be rude do to the fact of the 25 cent coin .you will see mike would say looks great to me
Look like some new people got on ebay and hyped up the price..... He wasn't be rude....he was stating that he thought it might be funny.....as I said before...error coins are faked and each one has to be looked at carefuly.....even experts are fooled once and awhile. That being said...I don't think this is fake but just the same. Speedy
1913 Knickel I`ve been a knickle freak for quite awhile and that would be a hard one to sell because there were 3 varities of the Buffalo knicke that year. Can we speak of the kind of material Its made out of.The dates are usually worn pretty bad on them. All I can say!
This nickel definetely looks good, but the people on ebay hyped this one up ten fold, most dealers and numismatics would not spend more than 30 to 40 dollars premium on that coin.
