    Silver Dollars
    Oh the silver,
In the form of a dollar
    When some people get them,
    They just want to holler.

    Usually people buy silver dollars,
    When their called “Junk”
    And for investment,
    They will buy a hunk

    Silver dollars were known,
    A lot in the west.
And right know they are known,
    As the best.

Silver Dollars are what people want,
    In their collection.
But you better put them in a safe,
    Just for protection.

Hmmm....let's go for a learning moment. I challenge you, for you next poem, create one in iambic pentameter with rhyming couplets.

No one here is qualified to judge you on your poetry. It ryhmed, so I think thats a good thing? Unless of course we are talking about Haikus.

    coinlover,

Iambic pentameter is a poem consisting of ten syllables. Rhyming couplets is simply making every line rhyme with the previous line. For instance,

Lady Liberty coinage is a dream
    On every denomination it seems
But in '46, mint's horrible crime
I can't believe! They took her off the dime!

lol...seldom have people who are familiar with my writing/posts have they called it terse.
