strange nickel

    This is a nickel that has montecello on one side and Lincoln's head on the other. This coin is very worn but appears to be dated 2006. Has anyone ever seen or heard of this coin?

    Without photos were can only guess. My guess is someone machined out the obverse of the nickel and modified a Lincoln Cent so it would fit into the cavity. At least that is how others posted here were done.
