I am so STUPID. I actually listened to this thread. I decided as a seller to change my policy and to send a positive every time I received payment because "the buyers job is done". What a load of edited. Buyers suck!! I had two buyers report not receiving items in my entire time selling on ebay. One was Italy (or Russia, I don't remember). One was Florida. It was a Panama 1/2 Balboa silver. I sent it in an envelope (44c) with no tracking. I know, bad idea, but I charge low postage and need to send accordingly for most items. I should have blocked the bidder, my bad. Same bidder bought a 1966 mint set from Bahamas. I sent with ebay shipping and tracking. The buyer claims he got the package but there were no coins. I told the buyer I suspected a scam. The reply, "There was a hole torn in the envelop. You have offended me by accusing me of something that is not true. I never did receive the other package." My response, it was a mint set which filled the entire envelope, was the hole the size of the entire envelope? Because I listened to this thread I actually left feedback saying "Good buyer".

I have probably sold over 1000 items in the last 10 years, but never, not once have I had a buyer not receive his item. Despite that, I guarantee you that everything I sell has delivery confirmation. BTW, I also do not ship outside USA or Canada

I agree with the OP. I learned my lesson a couple years ago. I sold 3 pcgs coins, left positive feedback right away, I got 3 negative for not taking better pictures. I didnt force him to buy the coins if he didnt like the pictures he shouldnt have bought them
