1980 Doubled Die?

Can anyone tell me if this is the 1980 Doubled Die? I'm having a hard time trying to figure these out. Thanks for your help.

It doesn't look like a doubled die to me.

If it is, it's not clear enough to be one.

I've seen several, This one is not. There is clear and very evident doubling on a real one.
