This is one of my raw 42 p's which I believe to be a pretty nice MS-?? dime, but there is an area over Adolf's initials that appears to be upset, it isn't though, but almost any way I look at it(Except for looking across it on a level surface) it looks like it has a rise. Any ideas, funky toning?
Looks to me like it's just the remains of some heavy black toning that did not come off when the coin was dipped.
