Unfortunately, this is a very common coin, and all cents minted in Philadelphia that year have no mintmark. You are probably confusing this with the 1922-Plain variety, which was actually made in Denver (all 1922 cents were made in Denver) but bore no mintmark due to the poor condition of the obverse die.
Huh.. ok well thank you. That explains a lot about why there was nothing on the web about it really. Loo i think my buddy gave that to me as a practical joke. I dont collect cents and he knows them quite well.
